Related Group and BH Group have secured a $360 million construction loan from Tyko Capital, advancing Icon Beach into the construction phase. The financing signals continued confidence from private lenders in South Florida's luxury waterfront market, particularly for well-capitalized sponsors. The 38-story tower is planned for approximately 350 residences with resort-style amenities, and delivery is expected in 2028.
