After more than fifteen years in new construction and pre-construction sales across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, I am now on the ground for this project full-time, working directly with the developer and the sales gallery.

You Bring the Buyer · I Bring the Expertise
If you have a client who fits the building but you would rather not learn a new developer's contract, deposit tranches, and addenda from scratch, let us close it together. You keep the relationship and your side of the co-broke. I handle the developer paperwork, the price list, the construction updates, the sales gallery tours, and anything else the buyer needs to get from reservation to closing.
I have done this on pre-construction towers across South Florida for fifteen-plus years. A genuine win-win: your buyer closes faster and cleaner, and you get back to the next listing.

And in case Icon Beach itself is not yet on your radar, the short version of why it matters is geographic.
The tower sits on the Intracoastal at 3724 South Ocean Drive. The beach club site is directly across the street. Residents walk out the door, cross South Ocean, and they are on Hollywood Beach. No shuttle, no drive, no "beach access" that turns out to be a mile away. That answers the single question every Hollywood buyer asks on the first tour.
