Faena Residences Miami is a twin-tower, 434-residence development at 90 SW 3rd Street anchoring the 14-acre Faena District Miami River. Developed by Fortune International Group and KAR Properties with Alan Faena, designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects as one of his final commissions. Two 68-story towers connect via a three-floor Sky Bridge at 700 feet, housing the Faena Club, infinity pool, restaurant, spa, theater, and content studios. Interiors by London's Bryan O'Sullivan Studio feature Faena's signature muted reds, rich textures, and theatrical accents.
Residences deliver travertine flooring, Gaggenau kitchens, 10-ft terraces, and floor-to-ceiling glass, across collections from River Lofts (712 SF) to Upper Penthouses (7,676 SF).
